Welcome to the description for This Is Not A Sketch Show: A Sketch Show. We’re legally obligated to call it a sketch show, but it’s really an open house for the UCB Theatre, which is now a rentable apartment!

If you’d like to check out the apartment, come to one of the open house (“comedy show”) dates to the left. The open house (“show”) is $5 to enter. Also, when you are at the open house (“show”) you should act like an audience member at an actual comedy show.
